The heavenly-taught confession…

10 According to the grace of God which was given to me, as a wise master builder I have laid the foundation, and another builds on it. But let each one take heed how he builds on it. 11 For no other foundation can anyone lay than that which is laid, which is Jesus Christ. 1 Corinthians 3:10,11

Our work and our calling in the Lord is not by our might, our intelligence, our diligence, or our choice. Our work in the Lord Jesus Christ is in accordance to the grace of God. It is given to us, we who do not deserve, by God. Our wisdom is through His grace; therefore, be blessed and thankful to our Lord in what you are called for in His kingdom. It is as God wills us and His wisdom imparted on us.

Paul held this wisdom being first a man of Jewish knowledge. He was also a man who understood and received the grace of God through Jesus Christ. On this authority he writes.

Church is the house of God as it is built on a foundation that is strictly Jesus Christ. Our first and foremost calling is to Him from whom we are granted salvation and about Him. We commune on the grounds that are built upon His word, His blood, His flesh, and He alone who died for us.

We are grateful that God is with us and we stand on His Rock. Be discerning as it is the nature of man to disfigure this process. Christian man is flesh until glorified in heaven. We have the capability, and sometimes purpose to destroy that which is a simple concept. Jesus is our Rock, our Foundation, our Strong-tower:

“And I also say to you that you are Peter, and on this rock I will build My church…” Matthew 16:18

I will build my Church–not on the man Simon-Barjona; but on him as the heavenly-taught confessor of a faith. “My Church,” says our Lord, calling the Church His OWN; (see commentary)

Commune in one accord with your loving family who are believers. Seek God together today in the place that is built on a heavenly-taught confession of Jesus Christ.

You will see the truth of where you commune together in God, by your discernment, that you stand where God wills not where man purposes.

Praise His name,
